Ingredients:
- Kale
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt
- Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees
- Wash your kale leaves
- Take the kale leaves off the stalk
- Put kale leaves in a bowl
- Pour in enough olive oil to lightly coat the leaves
- Put wax paper on a baking sheet
- Spread out kale leaves on sheet
- Sprinkle on garlic salt or other topping - be careful not to over-salt
- Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes depending on how crunchy you want them
